Dominic O’Connor Ltd. delivered the complete mechanical services installation associated with a major phased redevelopment project at St. David’s Secondary School, Greystones, including a new four-storey school extension, standalone PE Hall and extensive upgrades to existing campus infrastructure.
The project involved full replacement and upgrade of heating systems, water services, gas systems, ventilation systems and BMS controls across the live occupied school campus together with installation of complete new mechanical services infrastructure within the new extension and PE Hall facilities.
Delivered over four separate phases within a live educational environment, the project required extensive coordination of existing services, phased tie-ins, energy centre upgrades and careful management of ongoing school operations throughout the construction programme.
