Institute of Technology Sligo – Block B

Dominic O’Connor Ltd. delivered the full mechanical services installation for the refurbishment and extension works to the E01 Building and Block B at Institute of Technology Sligo.

The project involved the upgrade and integration of complex educational, laboratory and technical teaching facilities within a live campus environment, requiring extensive coordination with existing services and ongoing college operations throughout the construction programme.

The mechanical services package included heating and ventilation systems, DX air conditioning installations, laboratory environmental control systems, domestic water services, specialist gases, BMS controls, fire fighting services and associated testing and commissioning works.
