The project incorporated heating systems, chilled water services, ventilation systems, controls integration, water services and associated building services infrastructure designed to support a modern flexible office environment.

Works were delivered within a live commercial campus environment requiring close coordination with design teams, specialist subcontractors and phased fit-out activities throughout the programme.
