The project included heating and cooling systems, ventilation installations, drainage systems, water services, fire control systems and BMS controls integrated within a modern Grade A office environment.
Delivered within a high-specification commercial development, the works required detailed coordination, commissioning and integration with existing Bonham Quay building infrastructure and tenant fit-out requirements.
