Dominic O’Connor Ltd. delivered mechanical services installations associated with the new welfare, office, carpark and warehouse extension development at Arran Chemicals Ltd., Athlone.

The project included ventilation systems, DX air conditioning systems, heating infrastructure, water services, drainage systems, BMS controls and associated mechanical plant installations throughout the commercial and warehouse development.

The works were completed in accordance with BCAR requirements, modern industrial facility standards and coordinated BIM-led design and installation processes.
